ABOUT ATEM
We work exclusively with salvaged luxury fabrics: wools, jacquards, tweed, and other high-quality textiles that we rescue to give them a second life. Each fabric has its own story.
Yes. We produce in very small batches with local artisans in Spain. When a jacket sells out, it is not restocked.
Each model includes a detailed size guide on the product page. If you have any questions, write to us with your measurements and we will personally advise you to ensure the perfect fit.
All our garments are made in Spain by local artisans. We work directly with them, which allows us to adjust patterns, supervise finishes, and ensure consistency.

Yes. Payments are processed through certified platforms with secure verification. ATEM does not store banking information.

WARRANTY AND REPAIR
Yes. If an ATEM jacket has a problem resulting from normal use, we can inspect and repair it.
Our garments are designed to last for many years.
No. We believe that a well-made garment should last without depending on additional guarantees.
It depends on the type of repair:
- If it is a fault related to manufacturing or normal use, we will check it free of charge.
- If it is a repair due to prolonged wear and tear or an accident, we will inform you of the cost before proceeding.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Yes. You have 14 days from receipt of the order to request a return or exchange.
Up to 14 days after receiving your order.
We will refund the full price of the product, provided it is in perfect condition and in its original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
The customer assumes the return shipping costs.
In this case as well, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Free shipping applies to the original purchase, not the return.
